Silicone Rubber Sheet Rolls

Here at LSAN, we offer high-quality silicone rubber sheets. Our silicone rubber is manufactured in continuous rolls, in a range of standard thicknesses, which we hold in stock ready to be cut down into a number of products including sheets, in standard 2meter * 1meter or 1meter*1meter sizes. Our onsite laminating service allows us to laminate silicone rubber with a choice of foils and self -adhesive tapes, as well as with layers of other materials.

What is Silicone Rubber Sheeting?

Silicone (SI) rubber is an excellent material for producing high-performance mechanicals seals and gaskets which can operate at high and low temperatures. 

Silicone rubber performs well when exposed to UV, weathering, ozone and moisture, and is available in range grades, hardnesses and colours. 

Silicone rubber is often taken in sheet form giving customers the flexibility to convert them into a range of usable products as required. 

Silicone rubber sheets are available in a range of types each with its own set of characteristics, properties and resistances to suit different exposures and environments.

Clear Silicone Rubber Sheet

We manufacture our clear silicone sheets from a centrifugally cast liquid silicone rubber. This material is then cured using high quality platinum. Platinum cured silicone is non-toxic, non-yellowing and contains no peroxide by products. This ensures that our clear sheets remain as transparent as possible, for as long as possible.

Silicone Rubber Sheets

Silicone rubber sheeting is a cost efficient sheeting solution. It is commonly used in industry due to the easy manufacturing and shaping process that this material offers.

Silicone rubber sheeting offers an excellent working temperature range from -60°C to +320°C. It also offers good weathering and ozone resistance which make is suitable for use in a wide range of applications. As well as standard silicone rubber sheeting, we also offer FDA approved grades.

We stock a range of thicknesses and can supply in roll or convert to gaskets and cut to strips to ensure you get the perfect product to match your requirements.
