Solid Silicone Sheeting
To maximize our customers’ production efficiency, LSAN New Materials specializes in producing extra-wide solid silicone sheeting, with widths up to 62 inches and thicknesses ranging from .010” to .500”. A wider format allows for nesting more parts from a single sheet, significantly reducing material waste in batch production. All our provided sheeting is ready for subsequent processing. We offer not only standard sizes like 36” x 36” but also provide quotes for custom dimensions based on your specific requirements. Backing & Multi-layer Lamination

We can firmly laminate acrylic, pure silicone, or silicone/acrylic hybrid pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA) onto the back of silicone sheeting.
